Durham Lifting in association with Richard Campbell re-wheeleed the K1 on Thursday 17th February 2011.

Almost there. The frames being jacked up.

Driving wheels are rolled in.

Pony wheels are rolled in.

The re-wheeling marked a significant milestone after three months intensive work on the locomotive components.

Richard Pearson repairs the drag box on 6th January.
