Rydale Society of Model Engineers The Ryedale Society of Model Engineers Limited (RSMEL) is a group of model engineers. The club is based in Gilling East with headquarters at the Old School in the village which is surrounded by a ground level miniature railway. Most of the railway is multi gauge (3½", 5" and 7¼") but the emphasis is on 5" gauge.
